Finally got a chance to have a meal here. It's pricy, so save it for a special occasion, but totally worth it. My BF and I ordered the following menu:

A wonderful experience! The menu contains some "old favorites" while other selections change on a daily basis. The "tapas" size of most dishes means two people can order about 4-5 plates, depending on what is ordered. (Personally, I usually go with something like a bread, a salad, a side vegetable, and a fish/meat entree, sometimes adding dessert.) In addition to the inventive tapas, there is an extensive wine list complete with suggested flights and an option to create your own. They do not accept call-ahead reservations, so if you plan to go between about 6 and 8, arrive early. Ask to sit in the outdoor patio in the back, if you can.

A lot of small plates to choose from, but the quantity is not that great. Usually very crowded, and has long wait times. Has a good selection of wines and beer. The service is adequate and could definitely be improved.

Just a Taste is one of my favorite Ithaca restaurants. The tapas menu is diverse and relies heavily on local food. The wine menu changes regularly, with half a dozen flights at any time - and if you don't like theirs, you can build your own. The staff are very knowledgeable, and I have always been well-supported eating there with a dietary restriction.
But good luck getting a table! Put your name in, then grab a drink at another local place while you wait.
